US DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
In order to provide the best possible service to our customers, we ship all domestic purchases via USPS or FedEx depending on the weight of package. Priority shipping will arrive within 3 – 4 business days, following credit card authorization. We ship 5 days a week excluding Saturday & Sundays. We combine shipping on multiple purchases. We ship in all 50 states that includes Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We ship worldwide on some items. If international shipping options are not listed then the item ships U.S. only.

Free Shipping Terms
Most but not all purchases are eligible for Free Shipping. International orders and purchases that are requiring freight service are NOT eligible for the FREE SHIPPING service . If you feel that your purchase may need freight service please contact us either by email CustomerService@OrbitalTactical.com or phone 833.430.0502 so we can work out the Shipping logistics with you. Please know if you purchase a single item or multiple items and freight services are needed you will be contacted and required to pay for those freight cost. If freight cost are not paid for in full we reserve the right to cancel transaction(s) and refund your account. We also hold the right to cancel any transaction that we feel violate or abuse the FREE SHIPPING terms.
International & APO Orders:
Packages shipping internationally or APO Will ship USPS. USPS does not adequately insure value for packages or offer sufficient traceability of packages especially when sent to APO/FPO addresses. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages when sent using this method. The customer is responsible for any duties and taxes. We are not able to process credit cards issued through foreign banks. We will accept wire transfers which can be arranged by contacting a sales representative. Should a package be lost or damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to report the loss to Orbital Tactical, LLC. so that the problem may be addressed in a timely manner. Lost USPS packages must be reported within 90 days of the original ship date. The postal service will not allow us to open a USPS claim before 45 days from the original ship date. If you feel that your USPS package has been lost, you must submit your concern in writing so that we may open a claim with the postal service. Please be aware that claims cannot be opened after 90 days, and Orbital Tactical assumes no responsibility for claims made after these time periods.
We use USPS Express Mail Service ONLY. We cannot reduce declared value and will not mark shipments as gifts. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
