Orbital Tactical offers 30-day FREE Returns and Exchanges’s but before returning please read return and exchange policies carefully below.
We know its frustrating to buy a piece of clothing just to find out it doesn’t fit properly and then have to pay to return it which is why we offer FREE RETURNS for orders over $60*. We stand by our products and guarantee them to work as expected, even our used products.
We will gladly accept any returns on the condition that the item be returned undamaged with tags still attached (if applicable) within 30 days of purchase. Any item that is returned in any condition other than the original condition will be subject to restocking fee of up to 50%. To avoid restocking fees do not remove tags from clothing until after its been tried on and fits as expected. We accept all returns with the exception of consumables such as MRE’s, chemlights, batteries and medical supplies. All returns will be carefully inspected before giving a refund, credit or exchange. Refunds will be applied to the method you used at the time of purchase.
Postage will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping. Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems. We recommend using USPS or UPS to ship your return we also recommend insuring the package and purchasing tracking. Returns are easy: Just email us with your order number and reason for return and we will send you a prepaid return label. If using USPS all you have to do is place that return label on the return package and give it to a your mail man/woman and they’ll do the rest or drop it off at a local USPS location. If using a UPS label you’ll need to drop package off at a UPS facility.
*Free Returns offered only in the United States, does not apply to international orders. FREE RETURNS for orders that totaled $60 or More and are located in the United States. If the order was less than $60 then you (the buyer) are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will send you a prepaid return label and deduct the cost from your refund. If an item is being returned due to a mistake on our end we will send you a prepaid label and cover the return shipping cost.
