- Patagonia Level 9 Next To Skin Combat Shirt that is used in the US Military. The Patagonia combat shirt is light weight and made of fire retardant material. The body of the shirt is highly breathable with a 1/4 zip collar. The sleeves had reinforced elbows that can accept pads. Each shoulder has pockets with color matched loop fields for ID patches and flags. The shoulder pockets secure closed with a hook and loop tab and buttons. Also, the sleeve cuffs are adjustable with a hook and loop tab.

- Patagonia Level 9 Combat shirts come in preowned condition. Shirts have fading and staining to the front and back of the main body and arms. Shirts DO NOT have holes.
